I would give Mauro 10 stars if I could. I have a Briggs and Stratton standby generator. In the last storm it didn't fire up. I called every electrician (I thought) including the Briggs and Stratton authorized service centers. No one would even come out and look at it. The only option I was given was to spend between $18000- $26000 on a new generator. I finally accepted that I had to purchase a new generator and was about to accept a quote when Facebook (first time I was glad that they listen in to conversations) displayed an ad for Mauro Electric. They had amazing reviews so I thought I would get a quote from them for a new generator. When emailing they responded and asked why I wanted a new generator I explained no one would come look at my Briggs and Stratton and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. They came out 2 days later - I needed a good cleaning/servicing and a new battery. They could have been like every other electrician I called and sold me a brand new generator. Instead, they approached my situation with honesty and integrity. In total I spent about $700 repairing my generator. Thank you Mauro Electric.

I had two chirping smoke detectors and a third I thought would also start chirping. I asked that all three be replaced with 10-year models and batteries. The service from Kegan and Brendan was excellent. They arrived on time; they were exceedingly professional. While Brendan installed new smoke detectors, Kegan and I did a detailed review of lighting in the condo and discussed options. Kegan helped me understand the lighting that I have, and what might be done to make it easier for me to change the lightbulbs. Anyone who has had to deal with chirping smoke detectors knows how maddening that can be. Therefore, I am extremely grateful to Kegan and Brendan for solving my problem, and therefore restoring peace and quiet to the condo.

Truly, we are beyond delighted with the service and care we received from Mauro Electric. Ricky Mauro came to assess our under-kitchen-cabinet lighting electrical problem, and he was so kind, focused, and immediately discerning of the problem and perceptive about the solution. Then he sent Orlando and a colleague to come make the repair, and they, too, were kindly communicative, thoughtful, and amazingly effective at getting our kitchen lighting better than it was before. Of course, the price for this work was right, too, but the main point is Mauro Electric leads with its humanity, and that makes such a difference when compared with the other options.
